We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔ In the same condition you received it
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@novacrayon.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
❌ Custom or personalized products
❌ Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Sale items and gift cards

To exchange an item, return your original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@novacrayon.com.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
✔ Digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, online courses, downloadable files) are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
✔ You will receive an email with a download link or immediate access to the product.
Refunds for digital products are only granted in rare cases:
• If the product is defective
• If you are unable to access it through no fault of your own
If you believe your case qualifies, contact us within [X days] of purchase. If we determine the product has been accessed successfully, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
❌ We do not process chargebacks for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed. Since digital products can be downloaded instantly, all sales are final, and chargebacks for such purchases will not be honored.

❌ Filing a chargeback without a valid reason (also known as “friendly fraud”) is not allowed.
❌ We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargebacks and provide supporting documentation to the customer’s bank or credit card issuer.
• If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we will restore access to any purchased digital content (if applicable).
• If a chargeback is resolved in the customer’s favor, the customer will lose access to all digital content, and we may restrict future purchases.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action or involvement of a collections agency to recover funds.
